Tim and Belinda Rogers Scholarship
The Tim and Belinda Rogers Scholarship was initiated in 2026 by Tim and Belinda Rogers of Gainesville, FL. Tim is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and is a Past President of the Florida Pharmacy Association. The scholarship celebrates his long term commitment to the Gainesville community and the pharmacy profession. It recognizes a pharmacy student who has demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, enthusiastically made contributions through community service, and actively participated in professional and student pharmacy organizations. The scholarship award is $1,500.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a current student enrolled in one of the seven affiliated Florida pharmacy schools: Florida A&M University, University of Florida, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Nova Southeastern University, University of South Florida, LECOM, Larkin Health Sciences Institute.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrated excellence in academics, community service, and active involvement in professional or student pharmacy organizations.
- Must have a current Student Pharmacist Membership in the FPA (Florida Pharmacy Association).
Award Details
- One-time scholarship award of $1,500.
- Funds may be used toward tuition, books, or other educational expenses.
Selection & Notification
- Applications are reviewed by the Florida Pharmacy Foundation’s scholarship selection committee.
- Recipients will be notified via email and announced on the Foundation’s official platforms.
- Award is presented during a designated Foundation or Association event.
